A: Yes, we ship worldwide. However, if your address is classified as a remote area by major couriers, additional shipping surcharges or extended transit times may apply. We will contact you prior to dispatch if any adjustments are needed.
A: Orders dispatched from our local US warehouses are duty-free. For cross-border shipments originating from our international facilities, local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country's import laws, which are the buyer's responsibility.

A: Items stocked in our US warehouse ship directly to domestic customers within 1–2 business days. Other specialty items are dispatched from our primary facility in China.
