1. Where do you ship to? Dragonhawktattoos EU store exclusively ships to European Union countries. All orders are processed using our Standard EU Tracked (DDP / All Taxes & Duties Included) service, ensuring a seamless and reliable door-to-door delivery experience across the EU.
2. What is the shipping cost? All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning we handle the European customs process for you.

Orders €86.00 and above: A minimal import surcharge of €3.00 applies to cover EU customs clearance compliance.

Orders under €86.00: A flat shipping fee of €17.99 applies.
3. What is the shipping time? The time frame for order delivery consists of two parts:

Processing time (1~3 business days): Includes order confirmation, stock check, quality control, and packaging. Orders are sent to our dispatch center within 24 hours of placement.

Shipping time (7~14 business days): This is the transit time from our warehouse to your destination via our Standard EU Tracked service. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.

Please Note: Due to aviation safety regulations and limited shipping methods, tattoo needles and tattoo inks may be shipped separately from tattoo machines. If you receive a partial order, please be patient as the remaining items are safely in transit.
4. Will I need to pay for customs taxes upon delivery? No, you will not. Because you selected our Standard EU Tracked (DDP) method, all import taxes, VAT, and duties are already included at checkout. The fee applied to your order guarantees your package clears customs seamlessly, meaning you will not face any hidden fees or deal with local customs delays when the package arrives at your door.

The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, customs, weather, limited flight caused by and so on, which is really unpredictable. That is what we are working on all the time to improve and make it better.
