We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our tattoo equipment. To ensure you can create with confidence, Dragonhawk provides a comprehensive One-Year Manufacturer Warranty for all tattoo machines and power supplies.

Warranty Coverage & Benefits

• 30-Day Free Replacement: If your machine experiences a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receiving your order, and the issue cannot be resolved through our remote customer support, we will send you a brand-new replacement machine completely free of charge.

• 1-Year Free Maintenance: For the remainder of the one-year warranty period, we provide free repair and maintenance services for any performance issues caused by manufacturing defects.

Warranty Exclusions Our warranty covers standard manufacturing defects. It does not apply to damages resulting from improper use or accidents. The warranty will be voided in the following situations:

• The product is severely damaged due to physical impact (e.g., dropping to the ground).

• The product has been submerged in or damaged by water, ink, or other liquids.

• The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized individuals.

• Clear photos of the product.

• A short video clearly demonstrating the problem.

• Note: Providing these details in your first email will significantly speed up the verification process.

Return Shipping for Maintenance If our technical team determines that your machine needs to be sent back to our maintenance facility for repair, we will provide the service and replacement parts for free. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated repair center.

Out-of-Warranty Service If your Dragonhawk product is damaged after the one-year warranty period has expired, we still have you covered! We offer paid maintenance services. Please email our support team with your order number and product photos, and we will provide you with a transparent quote for the maintenance and logistics costs.
