Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dragonhawk equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, our return and refund policies are designed to be straightforward and transparent.

Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the parcel has not yet been fulfilled.

  • After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched and in transit to your address, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after receiving it, subject to our standard return policy below.

30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return window. You must notify us to initiate a return within 30 days from the date your parcel is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in brand-new, unused, and resalable condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Important: Do not send your item back without contacting us first. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs for these specific issues and arrange a prompt exchange.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 7 days of receipt), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that it often takes 1-3 business days for your bank or financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received an approved refund after 3 business days, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
