Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations & Method The Dragonhawk EU store ships exclusively to European Union countries. All orders are dispatched from our global fulfillment center using our Standard EU Tracked (DDP) service. This dedicated logistics line ensures a reliable, door-to-door delivery experience across the EU.

2. Zero Hidden Taxes (DDP) You will not need to pay any customs taxes or VAT upon delivery. Because we utilize a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method, all import taxes and duties are handled upfront. The price you see at checkout guarantees your package clears customs seamlessly without surprise fees.

3. Shipping Costs & Surcharges We handle the complex European customs process for you. Shipping rates are calculated as follows:

  • Orders under €86.00: A flat shipping fee of €17.99 applies.

  • Orders €86.00 and above: A minimal import surcharge of €3.00 applies solely to cover EU customs clearance compliance.

4. Estimated Delivery Time The total time frame for your order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time (1-3 business days): This includes order confirmation, quality control, and secure packaging. Orders are typically sent to our dispatch center within 24 hours of placement.

  • Shipping Time (7-14 business days): This is the transit time from our fulfillment center to your destination. You will receive a notification email with a tracking link once your parcel is shipped.

5. Important: Split Shipments Due to strict aviation safety regulations and limited shipping methods for certain materials, tattoo needles and liquid inks may be shipped separately from tattoo machines (which contain motors/batteries). If you receive a partial delivery, please be patient—the remaining items are safely in transit and will arrive shortly. Unforeseen Delays While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, international shipping can occasionally be affected by unpredictable factors such as mandatory customs inspections, severe weather, or limited cargo flight availability.
